We will first meet with you to get an idea of your accounting needs. We will form a plan and determine the work that you require done on a monthly basis. We will let you know what we need from you to get started, and services will begin.
Communication
We will communicate with you through the phone, fax, as well as email. Email makes things easy as there is a written record of every exchange we have. You can simply forward your transactions as they come in and we will handle them accordingly. Whenever things cannot be clarified or received through email or fax, we will be happy to speak with you on the phone. Our staff is easily accessible.
Accessing Your Financial Information
You will have 24/7 access to your financial records, and will be able to review things whenever you like. Proper precautions will be taken to ensure that your financial information is safe, and always available.
